The Deep Diving Specialty course is designed for certified divers who want to explore deeper dive sites and develop the knowledge and skills required for safe deep diving.

During the course, you will learn how depth affects your body, equipment and dive planning, while gaining practical experience with controlled deep dives under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

The course covers deep-dive planning, gas management, equipment considerations, buoyancy control, navigation, safety procedures and the use of appropriate techniques when diving beyond normal recreational depths.

With Scuba Planet in Dahab, you will complete the required training dives in the Red Sea while developing the confidence and skills needed to safely enjoy deeper recreational diving.

Requirements

• Minimum age 15. Must hold a valid Open Water Diver certification or equivalent. Students must meet the applicable medical and certification requirements.
